The World Wide Web has changed the marketing industry forever. Magdalena Georgieva and her team at HubSpot published the ebook 100 Ideas That Changed Marketing. The ideas are organized into three categories: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced based on the experience of the marketer. After reading the book, I realized that it’s more of a checklist of ideas and tools to use in a social media marketing campaign.
As you see here on this blog, I do a lot of reading. I do this because it keeps me aware of the thoughts of others and confirmation of my own insights and directions. Too often businesses are advised or choose to dive into the social waters and learn to swim. It doesn’t have to be this way, it shouldn’t. Social media is like any other business strategy, so a plan is required.
